This is an extension of our partnerships with Verplanck School and PowerUp. She's doing this on Wednesday, November 5th from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM (3rd, 4th & 5th grades). Although she has one adult (thank you Louisa Graver!), she could use 1 or 2 more helpers. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE CRAFTY -- JUST WANT TO HAVE FUN! She'll have the plans and supplies. Mad Agnes has won hearts on two continents with their signature intricate harmonies and compelling songwriting. The genre-bending trio--Margo Hennebach, Adrienne Jones and Mark Saunders--waves contemporary folk with a nod to Celtic , an element of vocal improv, and top-notch arrangements into an exciting, inclusive performance. Mad Agnes continues to play for long-time fans, and they're excited to be creating new ones as well. They exemplify three voices, one soul and forty years of harmony and mayhem. Please save the date for our first "Climate Café" featuring a discussion of the UUSE solar energy program with SavKat. This will be an informal presentation followed by Q&A where those interested in learning about solar installations can ask questions and hear from UUSE members who have already gotten installations.
