Ready to create meaningful change in your life? Join us in the UUSE Sanctuary for Change By Design, a 75-minute interactive workshop presented by longtime UUSE friend, Dr. Stefanie Toise of At One, LLC.
This is a stand-alone complimentary session that introduces the foundation for the upcoming 4-part Calm By Design workshop series where participants will learn practical tools and strategies to break the stress-anxiety-burnout loop and build steadiness in real life situations.
