An Exploration of Nonduality

An Exploration of Nonduality

An Exploration of Nonduality
with special guest, the Rev. Nicholas Bartoli
May 26, 4:30 p.m.

Our May God Talk session will feature guest speaker, the Rev. Nicholas Bartoli, an interfaith minister based in the Hartford area, ordained in 2024 by the Chaplaincy Institute. He writes: A quiet thread runs through nearly every great wisdom tradition -- Advaita Vedanta, Zen Buddhism, Christian mysticism, Sufism, and others -- known as nonduality, or "not two." At its heart is the recognition that what we have been searching for and what we already are were never separate. This introductory presentation explores nondual theology and spirituality: where it surfaces across the world's traditions, what it points to about the nature of self, suffering, and the sacred, and how it can quietly reshape a contemplative life.
Those who wish to join remotely may do so at Contact the Office for Zoom Link.
