Listen to heartache, listen to grief.
Be still and breathe.
Be still and be.
Listen to gladness, listen to joy.
Be still and breathe.
Be still and be.
Listen to anger, listen to hurt.
Be still and breathe.

Listen to beauty, listen to grace.
