Sunday Services

.

We return to our 9:00 and 11:00 AM services, beginning September 10. All 11:00 AM services will be broadcast simultaneously in Zoom.

Gathering music starts ten minutes ahead of the service.

As always, our Zoom login and call-in information will be shared through the congregational eblasts on Wednesdays and Saturdays. To subscribe please email uuseoffice@uuse.org or call Annie Gentile in the UUSE office at 860-646-5151 to arrange another method of receiving relevant information.

Shared Ministry

Unitarian Universalist Society East (UUSE) has about a 50/50 split between Reverend Josh and lay led services. Members of the congregation volunteer their time, passion, and efforts to provide their unique points of view, in line with the monthly theme.

Sunday Services

Our UUSE Sunday Services begin at 9:00 and 11:00 AM (except in the summer, with one service at 10:00 AM). Our services are open to people of all faiths, welcoming, joy filled, enthusiastic, thoughtful, and encouraging. Our building is fully accessible and our goal is to make all who attend feel included and loved.

Nursery care is provided for children ages 3 and under. The Children and Youth Ministry Program provides a vibrant learning and social environment for children from preschool through high school during the 11:00 service. Come and join us on Vernon Street West. Visitors are always welcome!

Masking

While we still encourage all those who wish to wear masks to do so, our Policy Board, in conversation with our Emergency Preparedness Team, has agreed it is time to remove the “Masks Recommended” signs from our doors. We continue to monitor Covid-19 data and are prepared to institute stricter protocols should the virus begin surging at a future date.
