Holiday Fair

The Fair! Yes, it’s planning time already. The UUSE Artisan Holiday Market (because it’s so much more than a run-of-the-mill fair) will be held on

Friday, Nov. 22, 2024, 6 to 8:30 PM

Saturday, Nov. 23, 2024, 9 AM to 3 PM

Please note the new hours!

The fair is our biggest fundraiser and is especially important because a large portion of the funds raised come from the public and not from our pockets. So be sure to advertise far and wide! Tell everyone you know!

How to Help

It’s time to craft, create, bake, and assemble your stuff! 

• We sell all sorts of things at the fair, from beautiful, handcrafted pieces to fabulous finds from your attic, vintage jewelry to cookies. Click here for a list of the various “shops” and their leaders. LINK to HOW TO HELP doc on website

• Don’t bring anything to UUSE until fair week or if we specifically ask! There is no storage space…

Watch the eblast for:

• Upcoming workshops to help make items to sell. It’s fun creating together. All skill levels welcome, all supplied will be provided!

• Specific items that you have that our craftspeople could use, like canning jars or craft supplies or freezer space

• Volunteering time to help set up, work at the fair itself, clean up

Volunteer Opportunities Needed NOW

• Are you willing to apprentice this year with the goal to take over the leadership of a booth next year? Let us know! We have a few opportunities.

• Coordinate lunch for the fair workers (easy! order take out and set it up)

• After Fair Party Coordinator (find and reserve a fun venue)
