CYM News for Wednesday, Nov 15th

Thank you to the volunteers who have signed up to help in our classes and keep our program running smoothly!

There are still many dates available throughout the year. Please consider volunteering to be a Lead Volunteer for Workshop Adventures, working with grades 1-5. If you sign up as a Lead, rest assured that we will design an activity or craft suitable for the children that will be enjoyable and manageable for you and an assistant(s). Please use the links on the CYM UUSE website page to sign up. Click on this link Volunteer for classes and scroll to the bottom of the webpage for the links to individual classes under Volunteers needed. Or contact us at uusecym@uuse.org and we'll sign you up. Emmy is especially looking for someone to perform a few magic or card tricks for a group of Elementary students on December 3rd! Please reach out to her at dcym@uuse.org if you are available.

Children's Choir is Back! Children's Choir will meet for rehearsals between the 9 A.M. and 11 A.M. services in the Children's Chapel at 10:15 A.M. every Sunday, unless announced otherwise. Parents are welcome to accompany their child(ren) during rehearsal or to hang in the lobby. Children and youth of every age and ability are enthusiastically encouraged to join. No need to sign up. Just show up when you can! Snacks provided!

Save the dates:

Dec 3: 12:30 P.M. - 3:30 P.M. Childcare and Gift Wrap fundraiser offered by the High School Youth Group. Take this opportunity to do some holiday shopping without the kids! Jr. Youth Group members are welcome to join the High School Youth Group for this event.

Dec 10: 1:00 P.M. - 3:00 P.M. Cards and Cocoa. Enjoy cocoa while handcrafting holiday cards for your loved ones! Pizza will be available for a donation of $1 per person.
